Acceptable Use Policy

1. Single-Business Use

Each Warply account is intended to represent a single business or brand. You may connect multiple social accounts that belong to your business, but you may not use a single Warply account to manage social media for multiple unrelated businesses or clients.

2. No Mass Automation or Spam

Warply is a publishing tool for genuine marketing and communication. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bulk posting of faceless, AI-generated, or low-quality content designed primarily to game algorithms or inflate view counts.
• Using Warply to power automated content farms that produce high volumes of generic or recycled content across multiple accounts.
• Any form of engagement manipulation, including fake likes, follows, comments, or view-count farming.
• Posting content that violates the terms of service of the social platforms you are connected to (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn).

3. No Agency or Reseller Use

Warply is not designed for agencies or organizations that manage social media on behalf of multiple clients. If you operate an agency and wish to use Warply, you must contact us for explicit written permission. Unauthorized agency use will result in account termination.

4. Fair Use of AI Features

AI add-ons (Rewrite, Image Generation) are provided to assist with your own content creation. They must not be used to generate large volumes of content for the purpose of spamming social platforms or creating faceless content at scale.

5. Fair Use of API and MCP

The Warply API and MCP server are provided for legitimate integration and automation purposes. You must not use them to circumvent platform rate limits, automate prohibited activities, or build competing services.

6. Enforcement

We actively monitor usage patterns on the platform. If we determine that your use of Warply violates this Acceptable Use Policy:

• First violation: Your account may be suspended and you will be notified of the violation.
• Repeated or egregious violations: Your account will be permanently banned without refund.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately in cases of clear abuse, without prior warning.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a Warply user is violating this policy, please report it to abuse@warply.app. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this policy and the Terms, the more restrictive provision applies.
